Introduction
To start having understanding in the areas of your business on where you should focus on to make impact, a plan needs to be created. This article will show you the steps on creating a plan.
Create a Plan
Access your Panalitix account and proceed to GrowthEquation on the left panel.
Proceed with Create Plan.
Plan Details
Fill out the required fields.
NOTE: Please remember that when you fill out the organisation field, that the organisation should be added in your contacts first. If not, click the plus (+) sign.
Revenue
Fill out the fields. Remember that the figures doesn't need to be exact.
Expenses
Continue with filling out the blanks.
Profit & Valuation
You will notice that the figures from the previous steps auto populates as you proceed with creating the plan.
Improvement Opportunities
On this step, you will need to record the potential figures about how you can improve each item listed.
Business Potential
We are almost done! now you can have a glimpse and comparison on how changes can impact your business or your client's business.
Focused Goals
Now you will have a visual analysis on where you or your client should be headed when making changes to the business. This is important so you can forecast a positive impact if changes in different areas are made in the organisation.
Remember to SAVE. the Plan the you just created.
Analysis
The GrowthEquation comes with the Analysis feature that provides feedback to you, your prospects or clients in what area needs to be focused on that will result to a positive impact on the business. Additional links to modules from the Learning Hub is are also provided for additional learning.
Additional Comments and Recommendations
It is also important to be specific with your recommendations to your clients/prospects. You may add that here.
NOTE: Your progress on each step on creating the plans are automatically saved. Changes can always be made.
