How to delete a question from a Template Questionnaire

Introduction

This article will describe the process of How to delete a question from a Template Questionnaire? in ClientInsights , ClientBuilder or TeamBuilder at their request.

Who can do this?

All the users that has access to ClientInsights, ClientBuilder or TeamBuilder.

Steps on how to delete a questionnaire from a template questionnaire

1. Click ClientInsights / ClientBuilder / TeamBuilder.

2. Click Get Started Button.

3. Choose any LightBlue Template and click Edit Button

 4. Click Questions Tab

5. Click Delete

NOTE: Proceed to step 3 after step 1 when the user already tick the "Hide this page in future" Dark Blue Templates are the Original Templates and Light Blue. Templates are the cloned or custom templates. Only the added questionnaire is allowed to delete by the user. The users may check if the changes were successfully applied via Test Tab and click Open Test button after saving the changes.
