This article will describe the process of how to arrange questionnaires in ClientInsights, ClientBuilder or TeamBuilder at their request.
Who can do this?
All the users that has access to ClientInsights, ClientBuilder or TeamBuilder.
How to Arrange Questions
1. Click ClientInsights / ClientBuilder / TeamBuilder.
2. Click Get Started Button.
3. Choose specific questionnaire and click Copy button.
4. Click Questions Tab
5. Drag the arrow icon to re-arrange the sequence of questions.
NOTE: Proceed to step 3 after step 1 when the user already tick the "Hide this page in future" The users can copy or customize either Dark Blue Templates(Original) or Light Blue Templates(Cloned) Only the Light Blue templates are editable. The users may check if the changes were successfully applied via Test Tab and click Open Test button after saving the changes.
