This article will describe the process of how to Edit a Questionnaire - General Content in ClientInsights / ClientBuilder / TeamBuilder at their request:
Who can do this?
All the users that has access to ClientInsights, ClientBuilder or TeamBuilder.
How to edit a Questionnaire
1. Click ClientInsights / ClientBuilder / TeamBuilder.
2. Click Get Started Button.
3. Choose any Light Blue Template and click Edit Button
4. Edit Title, Business Benefits, Introductory Text, and Conclusion / Thank you text in General Content.
5. Click Save and Next Button
NOTE: Proceed to step 3 after step 1 when the user already tick the "Hide this page in future" The users can copy or customize either Dark Blue Templates(Original) or Light Blue Templates(Cloned). Only the Light Blue templates are editable. The users may check if the changes were successfully applied via Test Tab and click Open Test button after saving the changes.
