All users that has access on SalesPipeline.
How to a Add Product
First, Go to SalesPipeline click on Settings.
Click Products Tab and click Add Product
Fill out the required fields and click Save.
* Role - The Role of who would be delivering this product or service.
* Price - The indicate price that users would typically expect to receive for this product
* Frequency - The frequency that users would typically expect to conduct this work for a client
Once a new Product has been saved, Users can always go back when they need to make changes.
Deleting a Product
You cannot delete a Product if the Product is being used in an Open Opportunity.
An Open Opportunity that is either Qualified or Unqualified.
In order to delete a Product, all Opportunities that use that Product need to be either Closed Won or Closed Lost or the Opportunity needs to swap to a different Product.
Once complete, then the User can Delete the Product from the Settings interface.
