Introduction
In order to add a New Organization as a Contact:
1. Inside Contacts, click on the Add New Contact button
2. Click on the Organization radio option
3. Enter the Organization's details on the page accordingly
- The Display Name is the name of the Organization
- Relationship is how the Organization is connected to your business
- The Organization Email is the company's email address not a specific individual at the company
- We recommend that you enter in the Relationship Manager which is the person who owns that Contact
- We also recommend that you enter in the Source and Known Since fields to enter in how you know this contact and where this contact came from
4. When you are finished entering in the Organization's details, click on the Save button
5. You have now successfully created an Organization as a Contact.
