Introduction
This article will show how to provide access to your users so they can start utilizing an array of tools inside panalitix.com. There are two ways that you can add a new User to your Account:
Inviting a New User
This is where the new Person does not exist in your Contacts and you would like to create a brand new User Account for them to log into.
- As the Account Administrator, click on My Users.
- Click on Invite New User.
- Enter their First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
- Then select which modules that you would like this new User to have access to. ex. Learning Hub, Marketing Hub, etc.
- Then select what level of access that this new User should have. There are two options Member User or Member Administrator.
- Click Invite. This will then send the new User an invitation to their email.
- The User can then check their email inbox for their new Account access and Login details.
Adding an Existing Contact
This is where a Person already exists in your Contacts, either in your Business or in another Organization.
NOTE: This requires the Person to already exist as a Contact. Click here to find out how to "Add a new Person as a Contact".
- As the Account Administrator, click on My Users.
- Click on Add Existing Contact.
- Select the tab for either your Business name or Other Contacts.
- If selecting from your Business name, select the Person that appears in the list and tick the box next to their name.
- If selecting from Other Contacts, search for the Person's name in the search box until it appears and select their name.
- Then select which modules that you would like this new User to have access to.
- Then select what level of access that this new User should have. There are two options Member User or Member Administrator.
- Click Invite. This will then send the new User an invitation to their email address that is recorded against their Contact details.
- The User can then check their email inbox for their new Account access and Login details.
